PB's Fantasy Baseball League Constitution
The League Constitution is an agreement between all GM's and its Commissioner(s). I want to thank all GM's for joining PB's Fantasy Baseball as it was created for all fantasy baseball fans to compete and showoff their knowledge of the game of baseball. This league will be as unique and active a league as any of you have been a part of. All I ask to ensure that is that all GM's keep up with their rosters, ensure that you are cap and player legal, respect all decisions handed down by your Commissioner, and respect all other GM's participating in PB's Fantasy Sports. Please make sure you have read ALL rules before agreeing to this Constitution. If you have any comments, questions or concerns; never hesitate to PM the Commissioner's Office and it will be answered as soon as possible.
The league was set up to encourage multiple strategies and different ways of assessing player values. In no way is it expected that every owner will agree on any one players value. It would be less interesting and frankly, boring if everyone did it the same way. In order to be competitive, an owner must have some sort of strategy for building a team including some understanding of assessing player values. An owner is expected to use these values and strategies to compete against other owners. All owners are expected to be able to estimate how other owners assess player values and be respectful of those evaluations. When acquiring players, owners are expected to understand the idea of being able to read a market and integrate a personal valuation to get the best return on investment. If an owner has shown a history of not having a strategy or not being competitive, the CO will investigate and may remove the owner.
Please enjoy PB's Fantasy Baseball everybody, as that is what it is intended for. Everyone please reply to this post saying that you have read and agree to the terms within. Failure to comply to these rules may result in suspended free agent activity, while serious violations may result in further penalties. I hope we never have these issues rise, but I need to warn you in advance.
PB Dynasty Baseball has a strict no-refund policy. Furthermore, owners taking over a previously paid team must also pay the league's entry fee (unless waived by the CO). These entry fees will simply be added to the prize pool.
Thank you,
Commissioners
