Bryce Harper trade revisited. I traded Bryce Harper PP 5/5 at $21,000,000 for Eloy Jimenez PP 0/5, Bo Bichette PP 0/5 and Nick Senzel PP 0/5 in 2018 (I think). I recall in the trade podcast the two of you saying it was not a good move to trade Harper for those three players and you would have not done that. Fast forward to today. The Jury is still out on these players, but would you make that trade now?

I have tried and failed to find our comments on this after a (very) brief search. I scanned through the Jan 2018 TP review podcast and couldn't find it. To you happen to have more specifics on which podcast and even better, what time we covered this. I'd love to hear what we said, and we will definitely talk about it on the upcoming podcast.

Found it. If you want to hear our thoughts about this back on 11/11/17 it on the Trade Panel Podcast time stamp is 1.21.30 or so. Well into our cups, plus you get a Deer Shack Lucas Duda story mid analysis. Real winner. That trip is coming up for Mike and I again in a week or so.

But seriously, what are the worst trades you've made? (misery loves company), what sources/sites do you get info from, what have you learned from Catan on the art of trading, how have you adjusted your strategy (if at all) given the increase of homers, decrease of steals, if we were to start over and draft teams now, what MLB roster would you choose and what PB roster, what player on your team has surprised you the most (good or bad), if you were to 'punt' one category what would it be?

This is a first beer question (not to be attempted to be answered after the commencement of a second beer each).

If MLB teams adopt the use of opener pitchers (pitchers that pitch only the first 1-2 innings), should fantasy teams start punting wins, and focusing more on holds and saves?

Should a relief pitcher receive 2 holds in a game in the following situation-

Pitcher is called to the mound with his team leading 3-1 at the beginning of the eighth inning, retires the first bat (1 out), is sent to play 1st base, whilst another pitcher is called to the mound, that pitcher gets an out (2 outs), the pitcher at 1st base then is called back to the mound and retires the 3rd batter of the inning. THIS HAPPENED LAST SEASON.

If 3 pitchers were used in the inning they would each have received a hold, the fact that a pitcher returned to the mound for the 3rd out should represent a separate pitching event.

Appreciate the discussion, and also will we ever see 2 starting pitchers switching between the mound and 3rd base based on LH & RH bats?
