Trading to shore up my SP depth by immediately making my CI depth suspect! But really need to add some healthy SP as I'm an injury or two away from disaster. Blanco will come back down to earth a bit, but should give me a solid 100ish IP down the stretch, which is hard to do given my cap constraints. Loved Montgomery a few years back but getting more worried about his continued control issues. Thanks to Mike for smooth talks, good luck the rest of the year!

I updated this as I'd seen an old page for Blanco in which he was controlled, so quickly re-worked with Mike to add Nevin. Though if I'm being honest I don't know why Blanco isn't protected? He was signed as a minor-leaguer and wasn't ever dropped as far as I can tell? *seems to be proboard search issue so ignore*

A's confirm. MI has been my Achille's heel. Hoping Rengifo can start bringing some stability with Correa. Montgomery is a nice bonus, hoping he can get straight in AAA. Hate to give up Blanco after his start and Astro's rotation spot but outside of this week pitching has been solid even without his contributions.
