It means you will have to release players, such as minor leaguers who were fringe players to begin with. You can release any players from the ten man minor league roster for free.
is there anyway i can mail a check? I dont have a paypal.
Also, $250 (prize pool) +$150 (CBS) = $400. 30*20=600. So $200 for running the league? Is that split among the all the commishes? Also, are you going to be taking a team?

Yeah it's going to be more like $100 after I raise prizes. I understand that people don't like the take, but doing everything takes a ton of time that I could otherwise actually be working, lol.
$150 for first $60 for second $20 for division winners Considering small rewards for wild cards, but no guarantee there $170-180 for CBS
In 2006 season, Stults pitched 17.2 IP so his status would be a minor leaguer. In 2007 season, he started and relieved, but pitched 38.2 IP so his status stays a minor leaguer since he didn't go over the 40 IPs or he now becomes a prospect as he has passed the 40 IPs for his career?
Also, in 2008 season, Stults pitched 38.2 IP all as a Starter for seven Starts with no IP as a Reliever, does he lose a prospect status season, or does he maintain his status from the end of the 2007 season? By the rules, as I understand them, prospect status seasons do not have to be used up consecutively in the case of injury or being sent back down by the real MLB club.
By my figuring, Stults should be prospect until the conclusion of the 2014 season as long as he continues to have consecutive Major League qualifying seasons. If I'm not correct, could someone please correct me.

From what I can tell, none of his protection seasons have been used up. HOWEVER, this brings up something that needs to be addressed. I don't believe Stults is still a rookie in real life, yet he is here. Clearly, my rules and MLB are off. What I think makes the most sense is that I alter the rule to 30 innings pitched for a pitcher who has relieved games.
