1) limited to x many waiver claims.
2) option 4 added - winning team can pass on winning claim, 1 time
3) option 5 added - winning team is allowed to pass on a winning claim if player goes to the DL within 7 days of winning claim (doesn't pass team physical, lol)
4) something

No, If you don't want the player, don't claim him.
If he gets injured, it no difference than if you had received him in a trade, and are waiting for the trade panel.
I do think that players that are waived should have their PB contracts clearly stated, I have noticed that of recent this has not always been the case.

A few thoughts as someone these posts certainly apply to:
1. I don’t think there should be a limit on waiver claims. Trades should be completed prior to the deadline and it can be a strategy to claim players in abundance after then, whether with the goal to actually trade for the player and/or block others from doing so.
2. It would be helpful if contracts were posted, but I don’t think it should be required. I didn’t realize Bauer’s contract was as large as it was when I placed my claim on him, but I easily could have found that out by looking at the spreadsheet. (Although we should remind everyone to also update their roster pages here on time to reflect current rosters.)
3. I agree on the other Rays points. There shouldn’t be a bailout, in my opinion.
4. I think waivers are ultimately just another way to trade for players, just was mechanisms that make it more difficult to do so. If you really wanted to ensure you’d get a trade done, it would have to happen before the deadline.

I see the point of claiming mutlipule people, I did it as well, in case I lost out on a few. Luckily? I only won one, well thanks to the Nats.
The Nats did nothing wrong, I just noticed how the rules were stated when I got Salazar and then shocked at what could potentially happen if you claimed a ton of players.
it could potentially be a disaster for the league and that season.
Maybe a Waiver Priority List would fix it as well.

Crap, strange of some that were even placed on waivers if someone wants to for sure keep them. But saw the loophole when it hit me in the face, never noticed that one before.
