Franchise Player SS Adam Frazier signed a one-year contract for 2021: $4.3M
RFA RP Tyler Clippard (who, of course, has been shut down for six weeks with a capsule sprain in his right shoulder) signed a one year contract for 2021: $1.75M
Minor League Exempt Roster update (also posted in the MLER Folder): Move OF Antonio Cabello and SP David Parkinson from the 40 man to the MLER.
You probably have not updated draft picks yet, but you can add SP Asa Lacy and SP Slade Cecconi to the 40-man roster and add SP Cole Henry to the MLER.

Addressing the "red" total on the spreadsheet for the Cardinals ... I have checked and re-checked, and I believe I am cap compliant:
1) I think maybe the spreadsheet is including my minor league exempt list in the total because when I manually added up the salaries from the spreadsheet it came up about 6M short of the spreadsheet total until I also added in my minor league exempt list salaries.
2) Once Yoenis Cespedes has been removed from the spreadsheet (officially released) and Ka'Ai Tom has been added (FA signing) the spreadsheet should be pretty close to accurate. I have a few minor leaguers in the majors who have not appeared in the majors before this year, so they should be 550K not 575K.
3) Minor league exempt list on the spreadsheet is not up to date with the current list -- those differences are detailed in my message above this one.

You're correct about the formula error, and it has been corrected. As to showing red, I'm still catching up (Just finished Free Agency Hell Week, so that helps). If I believe everything is correct and your roster is over in cap or players, you'll receive a message from me about it. Right now I need more hours in each day, and you're probably good. Working on it in all my free time.
The snapshot page of the spreadsheet shows the date is is updated through, so anytime I'm behind, you can see how far off I am there. Your previous post is from March 24th. Almost there. Stupid Free Agency Hell Week.

My final 2021 roster is all set and ready for me to copy it to the archive when the time comes.
I am 99.99% confident that it is current, correct, and completely up to date. So, Hollar, I feel pretty comfortable saying that you can take a shortcut and just update the Google sheets with the info on my final 2021 roster to save you some time.

One more spreadsheet update: I was trying to resolve a minor difference between my salary total on my team page and the spreadsheet total, and here it is
RP Nick Anderson signed a contract with the Braves for $875K, but the spreadsheet lists the contract as $845K. Anderson is PP 2/5, so that part of the contract is correct in the spreadsheet.

1. SP John Means' contract is $2.975M (on spreadsheet as $2.98M). At first I thought maybe you were only using two significant digits, but then I noticed that you have Nick Anderson at $0.875M so in the interest of accuracy either Anderson should be $0.88M or Means should be $2.975M.
2. CI Miguel Vargas was signed as a minor leaguer at $1.0M. He has not yet had a qualifying season, so he should still be $1.0M (not $0.7M as listed in the spreadsheet).
2. CI Miguel Vargas was signed as a minor leaguer at $1.0M. He has not yet had a qualifying season, so he should still be $1.0M (not $0.7M as listed in the spreadsheet).
I think you were right in the first place, Ethan ... I found this in the rules: "... If you have a player on your 10 man salary exempt roster and he appears in a MLB game, he will be lose his exempt status after the season is over and will be paid his real life salary the next season. ..."
So, I think as a PP 1/5 player, his "real life" salary will be the $0.7M you had on the spreadsheet. Sorry for my confusion.
I am fine with two significant digits on the salaries if that is the convention, but it appears that the convention is three significant digits so $5.075M it is. I think.
Thanks, and my apologies for picking the nits. :-)

Ethan -
First and foremost, thanks for all the hard work!
For all of the issues below (except Anderson), I like your figures better, but ... I think I may owe a few players more $$$ than the spreadsheet says:
1) These players are listed as 0.74M contract but they were all signed as minor league FAs for over $1.0M so I think their contracts remain at the amount they were signed for until the contract goes higher than that in MLB. I could be wrong, which would be cool. NOTE: After talking to Ethan, my understanding was incorrect. Once the player has a qualifying season, the contract goes to his MLB contract.
P Jose Hernandez: PP 2/5 years is correct. Spreadsheet says $0.74M salary, but he was signed as a minor league FA for $1.1M, so I think that is still his salary. Or is it? Nope. $0.74M is correct.
P Reese Olson: PP 2/5 is correct. Spreadsheet says $0.74M salary, but he was signed as a minor league FA for $1.23M, so I think that is still his salary. Or is it? Nope. $0.74M is correct.
P Yennier Cano: PP 2/5 is correct. Spreadsheet says $0.74M salary, but he was signed as a minor league FA for $2.1M, so I think that is still his salary. Or is it? Nope. $0.74M is correct.
2) P Kevin Ginkel: PP 2/5 is correct. Spreadsheet says $0.74M, but MLBTR shows his projected arb number as $1.4M. Arb number is only marginally relevant until the real numbers come out, but may want to reflect that he is arbitration eligible. Probably 'cause he's old (29).
3) P Nick Anderson: PP 3/5 is correct. Spreadsheet shows $1.75M projected arb number, and MLBTR arb projection shows $1.6M. That one can probably wait for the actual number to come out.
