As stated, I quit.
I made one innocent mistake years ago while caring for an ailing mother who would pass away in less than a year. I'm human, and I got warned, and never repeated.
Because of that, I get called an intentional cheater and harassed for 36 hours. The harasser has since tried to play victim, and others have stood up for him.
No one should have to tolerate the behavior that the Angels have gotten away with for years, only escalating to such extremes against me these past few days.
I have asked for relief from the rest of the CO, and nothing this far has come.
Then one of his enablers calls me an abuser for calling him out on his enabling behavior and airs publicly things that were private, and not what he claims they were. If that's "abuse", what does he call what I've been enduring from this toxic owner?
For the majority of you, I'm proud of the content I've helped the league put out (even if, according to Mike, rsnking someone 28th out of 30 teams on a prospect list is a grievous personal attack). I hope nothing but the best for most of you.

Sorry, this is longer than the Rays since him and I talked much more often through the years.
Your playoff predictor posts (system) and power rankings posts were very cool and entertaining, thank you for putting that time into it. That will be missed for sure. Its a labor of love, I know, from doing things like that years ago. I honestly wish you well, in whatever you decide to do in the future. You really should keep working on the algorithm predictor you came up with, Bill James made a lot of money writing books for the industry and the A's, Royals, Rays, Red Sox all bought into his styles of thought and opinions and used variations of his tactics. Maybe even a website that people pay to use to plug in their Leagues lineups to get projections if you can add a few original stats to it, outside of the normal ones everyone else uses, you may already have. People have made a lot of money with much worse things in the fantasy baseball realm, baseball realm. There were some archaic projectors in the '90s, thinking back on it, that we paid for, many of us did when the internet came out, haven't look for any for years maybe yours could be top of the line now. I know I look at fantrax season projections with a grain of salt after they miss on the mid and lower guys often, not being able to predict what starters will have a bad season, especially closers, might want to try them first actually. You could really make some money and have a larger following even if you could advance it enough for stock predicting as well.
I do sometimes nit pick facts/numbers but that's what stat geeks do a lot with each other, it could very well be any team from 15 though 30 that also mentioned that the took "exception" or had an issue this year(not quite in your words a "grievous personal attack"), not just the 28th. Just be mindful of all teams opinions, they spend time looking for guys they like as well for maybe other reasons than you know. Maybe I just got tired of hearing about it, to be even more honest. Your are getting much more opinionated than in the past minor league reports and more confident in them than in the past, Dicky V, Jimmy the Greek, etc. all were good guessers, using stats and entertaining and upset people too, comes with the territory of voicing opinions and why everyone doesn't do it. It didn't bother me as much, probably, because I was still able to trade my entire minor league this year after only talking to maybe only 6 owners way before the deadline and finding FA fill ins. But not everyone is able to do that nor make the time for it, when needed, nor starts that early in trade talks like I do.
I go back to work next week, so I won't have as much extra time and didn't want to not say good bye before you left, properly. Going to miss the late night talks with Rays since I get up around 2 am a lot, as well as sleep very little, for the 4 am bell and not many are up, but I know but things happen for all of us and you have to make the best decisions for yourself. I did learn some things from you on how deep of players you have to look at in a 30 team/50 player roster and appreciate it. Its like training for a marathon over a 10k, the approach isn't close to the same but they both are called running. I stopped at the 10ks. Thanks for notifying everyone, not many have that good of character in fantasy online leagues, and in 9 seasons, overall, way much more often than not, you had that.
Don't completely give up fantasy baseball, you enjoy it too much and you know a lot about it all. Take care.

A lot happened this year. My mental health was not in a good place. Things are improving.
I would like to come back to this league. You all know me - I grow attached to my prospects.
Like Donavan before me, I'm not going to make any comments on things that happened before. They're in the past.
I doubt I'll be continuing doing prospect rankings, playoff odds or power rankings. Beyond the fact that they took literal days off my life in terms of hours invested every single year, if they are a point of contention, I'd rather not cause any more strife.

I just want your analysis on Prospect Rankings, but mental health should be a priority. I think thats something some people take for granted. Glad youre in a better place now and youre back to managing the Rox.
119-94-1 Regular Season Record 6-3 Playoff Record
6x AL West Champion (2012-2016,2023) 2x AL Pennant Winner (2013,2015) 2015 PBs World Series Champion (19-3-1)
Yes pls come back! Can’t have the best division in the league without you
*cough cough AL Central**
We'll see about that. If Griffin can make a comeback, that would make it 2 years in a row the NL West has the league champion. (Congrats to both of you, though!)
