do all the offers get published for new owners to learn from?
most new owners won't bid correctly (I learned by experience) for the positions like catcher, RP or MI...the OF are last and would have the best chance of everyone bidding on a more even playing field, vetran owners have a real advantage in the beginningrounds, a few of us have already learned and discussed in PM's.

I agree. I'd just like to see where my offer fell on the spectrum of bids to see how other teams value not only the player but also the position.
That's very useful to newer owners like me. Learning the local value curve has been one of the trickiest aspects of taking over a roster. Seeing the bids during RFA and FA would help this out tremendously.
I'd even like to see those winning bid breakdowns archived someplace on the board, either with or without specific team names attached to the bids.
I like the information without team names the most. I think it is good overall information. Teams that won know if they were much higher than they thought they needed to be and teams that placed other bids know if it was only one or two bids they were crazy high and they were in the mix with the others. Giving team names gives a bit too much information about specific franchises bidding tendencies, so it loses some of the gamesmanship of the process.

Unfortunately with priority lists being given and wih the fact that if two people or more bid the same amount, that list is there to break everything down to simple terms. The bids from earliest to latest are from left to right and that tells who put in the bid first if there is a tie. Also people need to be able verify their own priority list against other bids This process is staying to benefit everyone

you couldn't do the priority list info in private, if a team wants to know? just a thought, I know I just bid individually so far and don't do priority lists yet or ever have used them.
