during trade discussions it is implied that both teams are representing their offered players with correct information, salaries, years or protectable years.
A committee member then attempts to verify the info before a deal is passed.
This should be an unnecessary task but it can be very benificial, although the originating teams should be the primary ones to make sure their info is correct.
Should the committee not catch a salary and/or years issue, it should not fall on the committee but on the owner of the player with incorrect information.
If its found that a player with false information does make it through the trade proccess the players should be returned to orginal teams and both owners should have to go through the trade process again.
