Welcome to PB's Fantasy Baseball!

PB's Fantasy Sports is first and foremost proud to host and sponser a competitive experience for die-hard baseball fans that love the game in the purest sense of the word. It was created for people who love fantasy baseball and would love nothing more then to put their knowledge of the game and skill to the ultimate test. The goal of PB's Fantasy Sports is to provide a franchise and the tools necessary to assist a general manager in managing their team in a dynasty setting. PB's Fantasy Baseball's meaning of dynasty refers to the ability of each GM to keep their team’s roster fully intact year after year while maintaining an intense goal of winning a championship. PB's Fantasy Baseball will provide a means for competing where the mastery of several elements is essential for success. Those elements include salary cap management, daily roster maintenance, trading and prospecting. The requirements are that a GM: (a) exhibit a high level of sportsmanship by respecting all GMs participating in PB's Fantasy Sports; (b) respect the decisions of the Commissioner’s Office; (c) remain extremely active throughout the year while giving your best effort to compete and improve your franchise.

After Choosing Your Franchise

Each GM selected to participate in PB's Fantasy Baseball has chosen a franchise that they can utilize as a vehicle for building their own personal fantasy baseball dynasty. With that said there are a few general rules that GM's must be aware of.

• Your franchise name must remain fixed, and true to life.
  
  
• You must assign the logo of your major league affiliate to your avatar as means of quick identification on the message board.
  
  
• You must take the time to modify your profile on the message board to reflect your current e-mail, contact information, and general information.
  
  
• Lastly, once owner of a franchise, you may not switch to another franchise if one becomes available under any condition.

Utilization of the CBox and Message Board: I'd just like to reiterate that while friendly trash talking is certainly allowed, anything that may be deemed inappropriate is viewed as a violation of the Constitution in respecting all GMs. If you have something to say to someone, contact them via PM or talk on YIM if you have a problem. Like I said at one point on the CBox, if there is a full blown conflict that violates this principle, the CO will react seriously, and both members involved will be removed from the league. I reserve the right to delete posts on either the CBox or Message Board if I find them offensive, and I am also able to look up the IP addresses of the individuals who make each post. So, when in doubt, don't say something that may be controversial.

If anyone has a problem with someone in this league being an asshole, sees a rule violation, or basically anything that looks out of place, please let the CO know. PM the 4 of us in one PM explaining the situation. We all have a life outside of here so please be patient in waiting for a response. A response should be had in less than 48 hours though.

If a member of this league makes anyone else feel like they are less than adequate (in a non playful trash talking fantasy sports kind of way. Know your audience please), brings whatever shit they're dealing with from the outside world and takes it out on someone in here, goes off on some he said she said BS, forwarding of any PRIVATE PM's unless it's evidence toward any abuse to the CO or whatever else that just makes someone want to quit… it will be met with the swiftest of clicks to terminate anyone who violates this. We don't care if it's a member of the CO, trade panel, or who ever. Zero tolerance from this day forth. Whatever happened, happened. Learn and grow but it's in the past. Leave it there.
