Looking to building my way back to the PB World Series! That said, I need to re-tool given certain deficiencies. Check out below and let me know if you think we may be a match. I am primarily looking for prospects, protected players while cutting costs, and/or upgrades at MI and SP depth.
Catchers:
- I am willing to entertain offers on Travis d'Arnaud, but I am unlikely to part with him given questionable playing time for Sisco and Caratini at this time.
Middle Infield:
- I am willing to entertain offers on Dustin Pedroia, Brandon Phillips, and Jed Lowrie. Anderson will have a high cost. Also looking to add another young piece.
Corner Infield:
- Not willing to part with Shaw or Gallo right now. Would like to add a decent backup option.
Outfield:
- I like all three of my guys here (Betts, Benintendi, Mazara), so it will cost you to pry any of them. Mahtook is potentially expendable; however, he is a good value with three years of protection remaining.
Starting Pitching:
- Looking to add at least one more starter.
Relief Pitching:
- Could move closers Craig Kimbrel and Brad Brach, and others like Addison Reed, Will Harris, and Andrew Chafin. Have strong depth here that can be traded for an equivalent value at another position.
Prospects:
- Generally trying to add quality prospects, but if you have a particular affinity for someone, PM me and we can discuss (but I wouldn't bother for Rodgers, Kopech, Sanchez, Harvey unless you are shopping a star).
