But also, lots of notes on the always entertaining cast. First, segura is an awesome fantasy player when healthy on top of the good Seattle offense, and almost single handedly beat me twice last year. Bud Norris was good last year, Hollar! Just admit it! Lincecum did go to driveline, but still barely hits low 90s! And on Heyward, I was happy with that deal longterm. He's not good now, but still young enough to turn it around. A mechanical fix and someone to tell him to quit being dumb and to loft the ball = 30 dinger Heyward. But I'll take Reddick over him everyday. Finally, I appreciate the nicknames, Hollar.

Maybe that's the secret. Pitchers only need 3 fingers to hold, spin and throw the ball. The other 2 fingers maybe slowing down the arm speed, and pitch speed.
