Good stuff. FWIW, I'd say Magglio is a better hitter than Lopez, but he is on the DL so I don't know if that factored in to the decision.

I like it....but The Royals c'monnnnn. Arguelles has he even thrown a pitch as a pro yet, Michael Pineda is a top 15 prospect in 2011. Also Adam Moore....Adam Moore he isn't even the best hitting Catcher in the system, Will Myers needs some love, Or Nick Franklin at SS or the big name guy Donovan Tate all are looking better now then Moore. But I still like the list and I know it's not easy I've done them myself so thanks.

Nice job on the rankings. As long as I am not last, I think they are dead on, LOL.

I really must say this league is legit. If you notice the last four or five teams there, they are not void of talent. There will always be teams re-building, but it is nice to see that the teams bringing up the back, myself included, are at least headed in the right direction to make this league a great one.

I would only disagree on my team with Darnell as my best PP hitter. Alvarez is up and playing, but is still a prospect. And even if we take Alvarez out of the equation, I am pretty high on Brandon Belt, as most of the pitchers in AA are becoming aware.

Even Engle Beltre will be higher on current lists then Darnell....I will say this though, has anyone seen Darnell swing, It's pretty awesome. He swings almost downward, very long but super level. Its weird but cool, I don't know I'll see if I can find video it's just different I saw it frame by frame and for some reason his stuck with me.

Nice list, but I have to disagree with you - while Young is much closer to the majors, Mike Trout is unquestionably my best hitting prospect. Here's a guy who was drafted a year ago as a "raw" player. who only has a handful of at-bats above low-A and is now being talked about as being a top-5 prospect in all of baseball.

Shit top 5 Trout is the unanimous #1 if Brown stays up....That's a pretty meteoric rise if you ask me, though I think this years top 20 and especially the top 100 will look about as different as any in recent memory. Looks like the top 5 could be something like.
1: Trout
2: Jennings (Barring call-up)
3: Hellickson (barring call-up)
4: Teheran
5: Montero/Hosmer/Moustakes/Ackley/Harper (flip a coin 4/5ths are def liability's or unknowns and Hosmer is avg at the easist position) You can add Pineda or Lawrie or Chapman or Perez and you may have next years top 10. Talion, Machado, Britton, Flores, Miller and Matzek probably round out the top 20 with Sano, Kelly, Lamb, Drabek, Wallace, Hicks, Freeman, Vizcaino, Mejia, Lyles, Carter, Montgomery, Chisenhall, or Alonso all in the mix. So they're you got there's next years top 30 or so...i'm sure i missed alot.
