I would also like to see our minor league roster expanded to minimum of 15, but would be good with 20. There are so many prospects out on waiver wire especially now since we are forced into trying to field capable lineups even during rebuilds. Rebuilding teams every year need to make big decisions on prospects and release them because they have to sign a utility bat or RP to help with innings and ABs. Adding a few spots would help with that without compromising their rebuilds.

I agree that every year tough decisions need to be made around which minor leaguers to retain, but I think that is part of what makes the league good, and generally competitive every season.
Being a GM shouldn't be easy (even in fantasy sport).
I would vote to retain the roster sizes and configuration as it is currently.

I would not be averse to adding five to the minor league roster, it would definitely help in rebuilding not to have so many minor leaguers count against your salary cap because you need to put them on the active list as reserves after your ten minor league positions are filled. If we do add a third outfielder next year, I would definitely like to see the minor league roster expanded.

How about expanding the draft from 3 to 5 rounds. Then increasing the exempt list from 10 players to 12 players to account for the expanded draft. This would limit the damage to the waiver wire pool that some owners have expressed but still allow for upgraded roster development for all teams, not just rebuilding teams.
