RP - Anthony Bender - MIA - 900K (2/5 PP) 

Relatively minor swap here. Love Bender's upside in the Marlins pen if he can come back strong from TJ this season. Sosa hasn't put it together at the plate yet in the bigs and Blaze is crushing the minors but will find it hard to crack the Dbacks roster. They're both young with potential but would rather take the more MLB-proven pen option. Always nice to swing a trade with the Rays!

I am targeting being competitive in 2025, and am pleased to gamble on a couple of young MI's.

Sosa had two shots at the majors in 2023, and was much improved in the second stint, after crushing AAA for much of the season. Alexander is a step behind, crushing AAA and knocking on the door for his opportunity.

Bender is back from TJ, and could feature prominently in high leverage innings from 2024.

If one of Sosa or Alexander become an everyday player, I figure to win this deal, but its a big but.
