Due to an unforeseen error in part by us but more so CBS, this week's semifinal is actually the championship. While last year there were 26 periods in the fantasy season, there were only 25 this year due to how the schedule was made by the MLB. CBS went ahead and copied last year's schedule so I assumed that it would mean there would have been the same amount or if not there would have been some kind of notification, but there was none.
But we have to play with the hand we have, and since we can't retroactively make changes because some people undoubtedly set their lineups differently given different situations, the last four teams left will be playing in the championship.
On CBS we will have each of the league's finalists play each other:
(1) Washington Nationals v. (2) Los Angeles Dodgers (1) New York Yankees v. (2) Kansas City Royals
The winners of those matchups will be crowned the winners of their respected leagues, and then we will match off those two winners to see who won between the two of them to determine the winner.
Unfortunately this is the best we could do, but we have the four best teams left, so winner take all!
