Allowing trades?

If a team isn't current and have a starting lineup...

....like the Marlins not picking up Luke Scott (2 months ago)
..... trying to trade players twice.

... like the Tigers not fielding a full team?

Should they be allowed to trade? They are already proving they are not caring about the league, spirit of the league and undoubtedly fair play of the league.

This is where the "veto committee" should stand up, if there ever was a time I would 100 percent agree with the committee, it would be on these bases they could really stand strong on.

Tigers - haven't had a legal lineup in ANY week so far....5 weeks...and currently number 6


Marlins - not picking up players....

but both can still trade and bid on FA's???


So, are we folling the rules or not? once again, I read them and recall something in the rules about these, especially the 1st one?

Sorry to put out there ANOTHER question...

If you need replacment GM's I know 2 now that will be current, active and follow the rules although not as competitive about it as I am 1 with 15 years of experience. Just let me know.
