Admittedly, I became aware of the problem over the weekend and now I can make a ruling on this. Jason was given an ultimatum after the salary issue, and I realize if I didn't know him, he would have been long gone by now. Ultimately, it is in the league's best interest that I act as if I didn't, and he must be expelled, and officially is.
Thanks, Preston. I know it must have been hard for you but it's the right thing. He's been cheating since day 1. His wins will be forfeited, right?
I haven't looked too closely at this roster but maybe the LO should decide which 3 players that could be dropped with least effect. Maybe some scrubby-type bench players or non-prospect minor leaguers. Guys like Thole jump out from a quick survey.

Rather than messing with the Astros' roster, I'd rather just void the three signings in question and put those players back in the free agent pool. As the owner responsible for the offense will not be in charge going forward, I support not charging the new Astros owner the release fee for these three players (Plus, them being signed by another team (Which seems fairly likely) would probably zero out the release fee anyway).
If a player must be dropped, the line likely starts with Brad "Pitching In Japan" Bergesen.

I don't think all of his wins should be taken away only the ones in which he was playing with an illegal roster and I think that was only the last two weeks. Then a default starting lineup should be posted so that teams that play the Astros don't just get a free win. Wouldnt be fair to the teams that don't get to play the Astros.

I also would like to see the league setup an online account to store league fees. All other cash leagues that I am in use LeagueSafe for all league fees to be stored. Im not all that comfortable giving a total stranger money via Paypal, tbh. Just a thought. Easy to use as well.

It seems like a good idea to use league safe as a bank for the league. You still need a treasurer to keep track and enforce a deadline for paying though, don't you? I've never used the product before.
