He has been nominated multiple times and every time there was a comment about how he wasn't a free agent. There was no comment that he wasn't a free agent this week. It has been said that the fairest thing to do is make him a free agent again, fair for who. I won him in an open bid and now everyone knows my bid.

I bid on him weeks ago and until a decision is made and the league wide notice I do not believe this to be the case. I bid on him a month ago.

D-Backs, sorry I didn't state it in the thread. Wood has been ruled ineligible every week, and I'm not gonna sit here and say it's fair, but I think until word is officially given from the CO, he has to be viewed as ineligible. This would void the bidding on him this week, and does spoil the surprise element of your bid. I have removed it from the post. Again, my apologies for not being involved in the original thread.

As to the Braves, I would support making him a free agent as of a month ago. Far too much time has elapsed to support his drafting team's claim to him.
