There will be math involved. Be warned. And I was wrong. The DH positional adjustment in fWAR is actually -17.5 runs, so Ortiz is being penalized for not playing the field even more than Cabrera is for the fact that he tries to figure out which hand his glove goes on.

Also, rumor has it Ortiz has a stupid head.

Per Ortiz's player page on fangraphs: if you scroll down to the last table they have him as a -9.8 run subtraction for position. This only accounts the games played so far this season.

Gorkys Hernández - just another on the list of Top 100 prospects...who also had Terrible strikout to walk ratios in the minors....and just not cutting it in the pros...he is 25 so at least 3 to 4 years to prove me wrong....
